Shooting through an airplane window...and filth.

Typically my camera glass is always clean, however the optically distorted pressurized glass found on the twin engine turbo-prop leaves much to be desired. Had I applied cleaner and cloth to both the outside and inside I shall not have gained much due to the space between layers in which resided the aged filth requiring a copious amount of photoshop. Overall, given what I had to work with, the results are as expected and I feel worthwhile being that this was an impromptu plane based shoot.

Despite the filth contaminating the scenic images, the enhanced flare off the high-polished steel was a welcome effect as a result of the window. The interior image is one of the first taken with my new 50mm f/1.4 lens, and I am quite please with its speed and depth of field control.

Hopefully next up: Fun with lights. (2x sb900's, 1x sb800's, reflectors, et al.)
