In Colorado,the fall evenings arrive swift and cool bringing with them a beautiful opportunity for experimenting with night photography. Unfortunately it also brought out a couple of creepy people whom my friendly assistant found to be unsettling, and around whom I did not feel as comfortable as I could being that it was dark, we were alone, and there was a couple grand in camera gear for which I did not feel like filing an insurance claim. Therefore the above image was the one of about 4 experimental shots which I took, and this was the one which I liked the best because of the flash angle, the exposure for the sky, and the surreal color and shadow.
